CANCELLATION POLICY
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. Fishing experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

THINGS TO KNOW before you book a fishing charter Cancun
- All boats have bathroom on board
- Food is not included on any of above trips, you could bring a lunch box or request the crew to arrange for your
- You can bring liquor or request the crew to pre-arrange, soft drinks and water is included
- Beware of seasickness depends on the individual and the conditions of the sea the day you go fishing. We recommend that if you do not know if you get seasick, take a commercial motion sickness medication or use the wrist bands or patches that help you prevent seasickness problems.
- Rest assured regarding the safety equipment each boat counts with a First Aid kit and life savers for each passenger on board. Also each boat includes Rescue equipment, example: Radio VHS, flare, and Ring lifesavers.
- Hotel transfers is not included, the team will inform you where is the departure point you can arrange own transport or request for transfer at additional cost

Extra money for tips, souvenirs & box lunch. - The fishing grounds are about 45 to 60 minutes from the dock. Going for Sailfish or Marlin may require 90 minutes to reach the fishing area.
- The hours of your fishing trip are calculated from “dock to dock.” In other words, a 4 hour trip is “4 hours from the time you leave the dock until you return to the dock”. Same for the 6 and 8 hour trip. Travel time to the fishing grounds is part of your “trip time”
- Generally a 10% to 15% tip is given if the crew did a good job for you.
- Depending on the specie of fish you are trying to catch and whether you are trolling or deep sea fishing, for trolling its (100- 300 FT) and deep sea fishing is (200-400 FT)
- Do you do trolling or bottom fishing? When you charter the boat you decide. We normally recommend a combination of the two. So if trolling is slow we pull up on the reef and let you go for groupers and snappers. However, on Share Fishing Trips the captain decides depending on weather conditions, species of fish available and how many people is on the boat. Most of the time we do both.
